The safety and health of our community is a priority for our team.

While we are remaining open for new clients and continuing current projects, we have made several changes to our operations to ensure the safety of all clients, contractors, and individuals that we work with and come in contact with.

We are continuing to follow state and city regulations as they apply to our business. Currently, housing and construction are still deemed essential businesses but require a safety protocol. Our factory partner is remaining open with safety protocols in place and we’ve been able to work with municipalities over phone and email to expedite permits.

Here is our Social Distancing and Safety Protocol Plan:

We offer new client showings and existing client meetings over video conferencing.

If new and existing clients request to meet in person at our showroom, we remain 6 feet apart, take shoes off at the door, require masks and gloves, provide protective gear for clients who do not have them, and clean our showroom before and after each visit with an alcohol solution.  For on-site visits outside of our showroom, we follow the same protocols including bringing protective gear and an alcohol solution spray with us.

We also do not allow anyone with any symptoms of sickness to arrive at work.

For any packages we receive, we spray them with alcohol and quarantine them for two days before opening. We then discard the outside packaging, and wash our hands thoroughly before bringing the items into our business or home.

We take these protocols seriously and apply them at home as well as at work. If you have any questions feel free to call 310.699.5333 or email contact@orbithomes.us

Wishing you and your loved ones safety and health during this time.

Sincerely,

Or, Lauren, Dror, and the Orbit Homes Team
