FACTORY BUILT HOUSING SALES ASSOCIATE

We are looking for a high energy and organized salesperson to educate customers on our product and sell factory-built, manufactured homes. Previous experience in real estate and/or sales of construction and remodeling is preferable but not required.
We are searching for someone that will be excited to grow with our company. Must be organized and motivated to generate sales leads. This position will require travel by car around the Southern California area.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Qualify inbound leads and educate them on our services
Schedule phone calls and visits to evaluate project feasibility and cost
Work closely with project managers to ensure meeting hand-off successfully occurs
Manage an ongoing prospect pipeline
Update our database
Desired qualities and skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Enjoy interacting with people in person, via phone, video conference, and email to articulate ideas.
Can draft clear communications that demonstrate attention to detail
Proven success in lead generation and lead qualification
Experience and comfort prospecting via phone, email, and other new account development activities
A track record of personal accountability, and a high standard of integrity and professionalism
Demonstrates resilience and a desire to succeed in the face of new and/or unforeseen challenges
Willingness to learn and embrace continuous improvement
Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing business environment
Excellent organizational skills
Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and experience with CRM software
Background in homebuilding, real estate or construction sales is required.
Experience with sales of manufactured homes is preferred.

FACTORY BUILT HOUSING PROJECT MANAGER

We have an open position for a project manger for prefabricated, manufactured home projects (site prep, materials ordering, installation coordination, etc.) Experience in construction project management is required.
We are searching for someone that will be excited to grow with our company. Must be organized, enjoy overseeing multiple projects, eager to problem solve, and motivated. This position will require travel by car around the Southern California area. We can offer commissions in addition to the base salary given.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Project manage all aspects of delivery, setup, installation, and completion of all onsite construction for factory built homes
Project manage oversight of site work for new construction projects, coordinating site activities and assuring that all subcontractors are on schedule with project goals and objectives
Coordinate transportation and delivery partners to ensure effective delivery of pre-constructed units
Provide direction to subcontractors and vendors during onsite construction work, ensuring quality standards are met

Preparation and management of estimates, budgets, schedules, and company resources

Knowledge in residential construction including site-work, foundation work, installation and utilities

2+ Years Experience in Construction/Project Management is preferred, but not required
Construction/Project Management degree (or equivalent experience) is preferred, but not required
Prefab, modular, or manufactured home experience is preferred, but not required
Ability to manage multiple projects (10+) at any given time

Valid driver’s license and good driving record
